Delivery:
The order will be sent directly to your door home or workplace via courier or Australia Post depending on the location. All orders will get processed as soon as order is approved. Occasionally, Ring Hot Water may verify the validity for most orders placed via Credit Card due to increasing number of internet fraud.
Delivery may takes longer than the times listed below due to courier delay or other external factors. Please also note that delivery to rural area may takes longer than usual.
Priority Delivery:
- Leaves warehouse in 1 – 2 business days once order has been approved
- Delivery will takes 1 – 3 business days once the order has left warehouse
Standard Delivery:
- Leaves warehouse in 1 – 2 business days once order has been approved
- Delivery will takes 1 – 5 business days from Melbourne once the order has left warehouse
Not in stock:
Should we have any difficulty to obtain the items that are not in stock, we will contact you during the processing times to notify you and work out the alternative solution.
Note: Ring Hot Water can only ship to a PO.BOX with Australia post therefore physical address must be supplied when selecting a courier.
Return Policy:
At Ring Hot Water, we ensure that you will not regret with your purchase.
Ring Hot water offers 7 days ELF(Early Life Failure) or DOA return policy. You must notify us as soon as the product stopped working. Any DOA products will be replaced immediately as soon as it has been assessed. All accessories, items returned must be in original condition or product will be repaired instead.
Ring Hot Water also offers 14 days POM(Peace-Of-Mind) return policy. All POM returned product will incur charge for re-stocking fees. The charge may varied depending on the item condition. However, Ring Hot Water reserve the right to refuse the return if the product is not in reasonable condition.
Apart from that, Ring Hot Water also accepted the return that is caused by human error such as wrong description, wrong colors. No charge will apply. The replacement will be sent out immediately as soon as wrong product is assessed. The same policy applied, wrong item must be in a original condition. This incident must be reported to us within 48 hours.
Should any of above scenarios applied, please contact us as soon as possible. This is to ensure the return will be honored. We will evaluate your request and issue you with an email with Return instructions. We may need to get more clarification on the problem reported before we can issue return authorization this is done to provide enable faster returns processing later.
Generally, all refund and replacement will be finalized in 3 – 5 business days from receipt of returned goods. Refunds are paid via the original method of payment used for purchase.
Restocking:
If the item is new, unused, and sealed, there won’t be any charge for the restocking fee. That’s right: ZERO dollar restocking fee, but the refund will be based on the current price or purchase price, whichever is lower. If the item has been reduced in price since purchase, lower amount will be the refund amount.
If open (not new, not sealed, or the seal has been broken), a 10% restocking fee is applied, but the item must be in perfect condition with all packaging, manuals, cables, power adapters and anything else that came with it when sold initially.
Payment surcharges will not be refunded (Credit Card, EFT, PayPal, etc.).
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We do not accept any opened and used products that may breach the health & safety regulations, such as headsets, earpieces and headphones, please see below list.
Insurance
We strongly recommend you to insurance your order as there might be possibility that you order will be damaged and lost on delivery. Insurance is optional and the fees is all on the product page. The fees vary depending on the value of the goods. Please note that Ring Hot Water is not liable for any lost item if insurance is not purchased. ( Goods sent by fastway and Couriers Please are insured up to a maximum of $1000 )
